Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at vc222, each user must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Registration Conditions

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• The account is for personal use only — gaming on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.

3.2 Account Security

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the vc222 support team must be notified immediately.
• Granting access to your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Age Limit & Identity Verification

vc222 may initiate an identity verification process at any time. Failure to verify age or identity will result in the account being suspended and deposited funds may be held.

4.1 Identity Verification Process

When vc222 authorities deem it necessary, users may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A valid government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the vc222 platform is ৳500, applicable to all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the vc222 support team.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If vc222 authorities suspect any irregularity in a transaction, they reserve the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal for additional verification.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the vc222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

vc222 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined deposit and bonus amount).

6.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• vc222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, vc222 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Section 7

Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the vc222 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and immutable.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs mid-game session, vc222 will attempt to settle that round's outcome according to the records. Incomplete game rounds are generally settled based on server data at that moment.

7.3 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. vc222 authorities reserve the right to adjust betting limits for any member.

Section 8

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc222 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Operating under multiple identities with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, servers, or network.
• Using automated software, robots, bots, or any other automation tools for gaming or betting.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or coordinated fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Infringing on the platform's intellectual property or copyright.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, vc222 reserves the right to take legal action and all funds in the associated account may be forfeited.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension or Termination by vc222

vc222 authorities may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• For an official investigation or legal requirement by the authorities.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must contact the vc222 support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

9.3 Funds in a Suspended Account

If an account is terminated due to a breach of the terms and conditions, all bonus funds and any winnings earned using bonuses will be forfeited. The user's own deposited funds may be returned at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

vc222's liability is limited in the event of any financial loss incurred through the use of the vc222 platform. vc222 will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or connection.
• Delayed transactions caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Unforeseen technical outages or force majeure situations.
• Loss caused by the user sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.

In the event of any claim or dispute, the maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the user over the preceding three months.
